Our Privacy & Data Security Agreement

This is our "We don't sell your data" promise to you.

1. Data Collection: Empire AI Studio only collects data necessary to perform our services (e.g., lead information, competitor URLs, brand voice samples).
2. No-Sale Policy: We do not sell, rent, or trade your data or your customers' data to third parties. Your data is used exclusively to train and refine your specific AI agents.
3. Data Siloing: We utilize "Zero-Retention" or "Private Instance" protocols where possible. Your proprietary business data will not be used to train the global models of our third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) unless explicitly required for the service to function.
4. Security: We implement industry-standard encryption for all data-in-transit and data-at-rest within our OpenClaw environment.
